In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to forget to take care of ourselves. I’ve seen it time and time again with family, friends and even myself. That’s precisely why I founded Mindful Fitness 360. It's more than just fitness; Mindful Fitness 360's name reflects its mission to offer a holistic approach to wellness that encompasses more than just the physical. We are all about working on your body, mind and spirit and as such will be diversifying our offering as we grow, striving to be your one-stop-shop for all things wellness

 

My services are tailored towards the everyday person, and I won't sell you any unrealistic aspirations. Let’s cut out all the fluff. Let’s skip past the fad diets, endless cardio and saying no to social events.  Through my coaching and guidance, let’s make small, everyday changes, towards building a long-term, sustainable mindset. Let's make you the best version of yourself on your terms, in your time.

About Viren

Hey, I'm Viren, a certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach from New Zealand. I know firsthand how tough it can be to prioritise your health and wellness amidst a busy schedule and all of life's demands. That's exactly why I became a coach - to help everyday people find happier and healthier ways of living.

 

My fitness journey started about 12 years ago when I was grossly underweight, weighing in at around 58kg and struggling with low confidence and self-esteem. Thankfully, fitness became a refuge where I could focus on myself and my goals. Eventually, it helped me build the confidence to feel good in my own skin and I want to help others feel the same way.
 

As a foodie with a massive sweet tooth and countless food intolerances, I empathise with those who struggle with having a poor relationship with food. Over the years, after experimenting with different foods and educating myself on nutrition, I found healthy, appetising food plans that work for me. You don’t have to stick to bland chicken and broccoli to get the body you want. It is possible to enjoy a slice of lasagna and still achieve your dream body - let me show you how.
