FAQs

What is the difference between online and in-person training?

Great question! In-person sessions allow for more hands on coaching and assessing. But remotely, we can achieve similar results from the comfort of your own home, anywhere around the world.

What equipment do I need? 

All you need to start off with is a mobile phone. You don’t need to have been to a gym before or require gym access/weight equipment. With home workouts, I can tailor a plan to work with what you’ve got and are comfortable with.

Do you cater for food allergies and intolerances?

Absolutely! I, myself suffer from IBS and dairy intolerance so I understand the struggle. I cater to all allergies and intolerances when creating your meal plan.

Is this an international service? 

100%. Being an online platform, many of my clients come from all corners of the globe, spanning Asia, Europe, America, Australia, and the Middle East.

How long will it take to see results? 

The good news is if you're honest, committed, and follow the plan, you'll start feeling better in no time, and you should begin to see results in just 3-4 weeks.

I am on a budget, how expensive will my food be?

I will work with you, your budget and preferences to personalise a meal plan that caters to your local food options and affordability.

What services do you offer?

Currently, I offer personal training sessions in-person or virtual, personalised training plans, customised meal plans, personalised app access to interact, track your progress and communicate in real time. Soon we will introduce Yoga and Pilates and Group Classes both in-person and virtual.

How will I track my progress and what level of support will I get?

You will have 24/7 access to a personalised app to track your progress and results. You can also reach out to me for any help on top of our scheduled weekly and monthly check ins.

Would you work around my inuries and movement limitations? 

Yes ofcourse! I can’t diagnose your injuries as I’m not qualified and would recommend you consult a physio. I can however, make recommendations or prescribe exercises that won’t aggravate your injuries but will help stengthen weak areas.
